JOIN US AT STONE MOUNTAIN FARM EVERY SECOND SUNDAY

Every second Sunday at 1:00 pm, Jonny Rodgers, certified nature and forest therapy guide, will lead participants on a forest bathing walk around the land. We will gather at the Rail Trail Cafe and set off from there to wander the woods and engage in gentle invitations meant to engage your senses - sight, sound and smell, yes, but also your sense of wonder, your sense of curiosity, and your sense of humor.

Walks are donation based. All are welcome.
